Bootcamp

Bootcamp mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. This class utilizes light weights, and high repetitions. A focus on perfect form and timing under pressure, results in an increase of muscle tone, lean functional muscle strength, bone density and body awareness.

Bootcamp is great for those short on time. It will get and keep your heart rate up throughout the session so that it burns more fat and calories in less time. It also keeps burning calories long after your session is finished…
